This traditional Indonesian food made from fermented soybeans can seem a little intimidating, but learn a couple of tricks and you could be enjoying this high-protein, gluten-free simple food easily any day of the week.

Our Menu:

  • Tempeh “Meat”balls

  • Tempeh Bacon (We’ll make a tempeh, lettuce and tomato sandwich)

  • Marinated Tempeh and Kale Salad
