The BEST Air Fried Buffalo Cauliflower for the BIG GAME!

Ok, so this might be like the 4th buffalo cauliflower wing recipe on my site (hey, I have like 350 recipes, have fun!), but practice makes perfect and these are the best yet! Be sure to check out my house-ish make buffalo sauce and you won't believe how EASY the ranch is!

Ingredients

Setup

1 head of cauliflower, cut into bit-sized florets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup cold unsweetened soy milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce*
2 cups panko breadcrumbs (or crushed corn flakes)
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 cup hot or buffalo sauce of your choosing (I like mine!)

Directions

After cutting cauliflower to bite-sized florets, set in a bowl and add the lemon juice and salt. Toss well.

To a wide bowl, mix together the cornstarch, soy milk and soy sauce. Whisk well until it becomes like a thin slurry.

In another wide bowl, add the panko (or crushed cornflakes).

On by one, take each floret and dunk in slurry and then in panko. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning.

Place in air fryer basket if air frying. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet if baking.

To air fry, fry at 380 degrees for 10 minutes.

To bake, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Briefly submerge each floret in buffalo sauce and serve. Add ranch in a ramekin on the side or drizzle on top.

*NOTE - soy sauce can be substituted with coconut aminos, Bragg's, low sodium soy sauce or tamari.
