Bring On The Greens!

I get it. There’s no magic pill or diet that melts away pounds and leaves me waking up in Gisele’s body. The formula is simple — eat less, exercise more. As I approach 40, it’s tougher. This is not a cue for the violins, I (like many of you), don’t have much time to think about, let alone sit down and eat a meal. I grab whatever is in reach (usually processed) and by afternoon, I’m ready for a big fat nap.
